How long is the processing time?

US Free Standard: 3-5 business days (almost 90% of our packages gets delivered earlier than the estimated delivery date)

Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

Our team takes weekends off to spend quality time with their families, so if you place an order after 3pm EST on a Friday or on a Saturday, it will be shipped out on either Tuesday or Wednesday.

You have 24 hours during processing time which you can make changes. Please note that once the order has been shipped, we won't be able to make any changes.

What if I want to cancel my order?

At Honey Daze Co, we take great pride in our quick processing and shipping times. Once an order is submitted, our dedicated team prepares it for dispatch. Therefore, we can only accept order cancellation requests within the initial 24 hours following the placement of your order.
