How long is the processing time?
1-2 business days.
*except for the laser-cut personalized metal pieces which could take 5-10 business days.
Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
Our team takes weekends off to spend quality time with their families, so if you place an order after 3pm EST on a Friday or on a Saturday, it will be shipped out on either Tuesday or Wednesday.
How long does shipping take?
US: 3-5 business days (almost 90% of our packages gets delivered earlier than the estimated delivery date)
Canada, UK & EU: 5-10 business days
Rest of the world: 7-14 business days
How do I correct a mistake on my order info?

You have 24 hours during processing time which you can make changes. Please note that once the order has been shipped, we won't be able to make any changes.
What if I want to cancel my order?
At Honey Daze Co, we take great pride in our quick processing and shipping times. Once an order is submitted, our dedicated team prepares it for dispatch. Therefore, we can only accept order cancellation requests within the initial 24 hours following the placement of your order. Email us at support@honeydaze.co for assistance.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

What should I do if my order says "delivered," but I haven't received it?
Please follow these guidelines:
1. Check your mailbox (if you have one).
2. Sometimes, deliveries can arrive a day or two after the expected delivery date, so we recommend waiting a bit longer.
3. Lastly, you can contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking number to inquire about the status of your order.
